To fix a problem with a garage door’s tracks or rollers, you first need to get the door itself out of the way. Ms. Syssen got her car out of the way, and we raised the door off its tracks so we could fasten them back in place. We leveled the tracks, tightened the screws, and gave them a stress test. With everything secure, we picked the garage door back up and lowered it into its adjusted tracks.
