Called to get help with a garage door that had a roller pop out of the track.
Our Solution:
Small debris and even dents in the garage door track can cause this type of problem where one or more rollers pop out of the track. It didn’t take us long to repair the damage to the track and clear it of small debris and dirt that piled inside. We explained to the customer that lubricating the rollers was fine but not the track itself as that could create more gunk and obstacles in the future.
